Personal Attention Sessions

All members are offered two Personal Attention Sessions at no additional charge with their membership.

  1. Fitness Orientation: This is a 1-hour circuit weight machine and cardio equipment orientation. A fitness staff member will demonstrate each machine, & ensure the member knows how to use & adjust the equipment. The member will also receive a handout with ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) exercise guidelines on cardio, strength & flexibility, as well as info on setting up a workout plan.
  2. Follow-Up Fitness Consultation: This is a 30-minute follow-up session to ensure the member is on their way to achieving their fitness goals. This may also include a refresher on any circuit weight or cardio equipment if needed.
